Hi, I'm David, the cook behind Plated by Pardine.
I'm a husband and father who has always loved bringing people together around food. Growing up, I watched my mother host family meals and gatherings, and those experiences shaped the way I think about cooking today.
Later on, my wife and I found ourselves wanting to enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home without constantly eating out. That curiosity led me to start teaching myself how to cook the kinds of dishes we loved.
Over time, cooking became something I truly enjoyed — experimenting with flavors, refining recipes, and creating meals that people look forward to sitting down and sharing.
Plated by Pardine grew out of that passion. My goal is simple: to help households enjoy fresh, comforting meals prepared right in their own kitchen.
Delicious food, a relaxed kitchen, and meals people genuinely enjoy.
Serving households throughout Palm Coast and surrounding communities.

Comfort food, global influences, and meals built around your household.
My cooking focuses on comforting, homemade meals tailored to each household's tastes and routines.
I’m inspired by Florida’s diverse food culture — blending South Florida comfort, Caribbean, Latin, and fresh citrus flavors — while keeping every menu flexible and built around what works best for your home.
From homemade pizza to pasta dishes to stir-fries, classic chicken dinners, and kid-friendly favorites, my goal is to create meals that feel welcoming and stress-free for everyday family life.
I also accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences and wellness goals, including lighter cooking styles and balanced meals.
Every household eats differently, and great cooking starts by listening first and building meals around the people I’m serving.
Below are examples of meals I’ve prepared for people.
Fresh, comforting dishes prepared in your kitchen and tailored to each household’s tastes.
Simple, comforting meals designed to make family dinners easier and enjoyable for all ages. These dishes focus on familiar flavors, kid-friendly favorites, and homemade comfort that brings everyone to the table.
These meals are examples to help inspire menu planning and showcase the variety of foods I can prepare. Every family’s menu is fully customizable, with options for both kids and adults. Because I cook in each client’s home, meals may be adjusted based on available kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Midwest Diner–Style Chopped Steak with Onions. Tender-sliced butcher-cut beef and sweet onions in a buttery sour-cream sauce, tossed with egg noodles for a comforting Midwest diner–style classic rooted in home kitchens and old-school American practicality.
Tender strips of marinated chicken breast, seasoned with a smoky, spiced dry rub and finished with a bold fajita glaze. Griddled to perfection with caramelized onions and vibrant bell peppers, then served hot off the skillet with melty cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream. Wrapped in your choice of warm corn or flour tortillas—every bite is bold, juicy, and irresistibly Tex-Mex.
Greek dish featuring seasoned, spit-roasted meat (usually lamb, beef, or chicken) served in pita bread with toppings like tomatoes, onions, sauce, and sometimes fries.
Classic comfort pasta served with my house tomato sauce, built through layers of garlic, herbs, and savory richness, finished with tender homemade meatballs for a deeply satisfying, family-style meal.
Bold, juicy, and made with care—this collection brings together mouthwatering burgers and a thoughtfully curated selection of hearty sandwiches inspired by classic café comfort and built for big flavor.
Smoked turkey breast piled high on top of melty Swiss cheese and crisp lettuce on a toasted artisan ciabatta roll. Finished with my signature cranberry-Dijon mayo—tangy, sweet, and made in-house with real dried cranberries and a touch of honey.
Thin-sliced roast beef piled high and layered with sharp melted cheddar, crisp iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Dressed with house-made garlic mayo, bold stone-ground mustard, and a touch of horseradish for that signature tangy kick. Served warm on a toasted French baguette with a perfect chew.
Tender, chopped turkey or chicken breast tossed in a creamy blend of mayo and Dijon with a splash of tangy vinegar. Sweet onions and pickle relish add a subtle bite, while a hint of garlic and cayenne bring just the right depth. Perfect on a sandwich with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and your favorite cheese—or enjoy it straight from the bowl.
Burgers made by pressing seasoned beef patties onto a hot griddle, creating a crispy, caramelized exterior while keeping the inside juicy. They’re typically served with classic toppings like cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
A juicy grilled patty nestled in a toasted brioche bun, topped with melty Swiss cheese, layered with sautéed mushrooms, sweet onions, crisp lettuce, tomato, and a rich, smoky bourbon-mayo sauce—bold, savory, and irresistibly satisfying.
Bold, South Florida–inspired dishes built around citrus, garlic, herbs, and heat—where Caribbean, Cuban, Everglades flavors and home-style cooking collide in comfort-forward favorites you won’t find anywhere else.
Silky, sun-kissed cream sauce wrapped around tender chicken and pasta, layered with bright coastal flavors and a warm garlic finish.
Inspired by the Chino-Cubano kitchens of Havana, Miami, and New York, this fried rice blends Everglades roasted chicken, eggs, and scallions with garlicky Cuban white rice. Finished with a fragrant Key lime flourish, it’s a Florida-born twist on a beloved classic.
Garlicky, citrusy wings seared hard and finished juicy — straight from the edge of the Everglades. Citrus-bright, garlic-loaded, fire-seared food served without pretense, but full of soul.
Built from Latin-Caribbean flavors, citrus grove ingredients, and roadside grit.
Tender boneless pork butt marinated overnight in garlic, sour orange, and oregano, then slow-roasted until succulent with a bright citrus tang and subtle garlic warmth.
Classic Cuban Sandwich
Crisp-pressed Cuban bread layered with thin-sliced mojo pork, cooked ham, melted Swiss, tangy pickles, and yellow mustard – golden, crunchy, and bursting with authentic Havana flavors.
Two bold takes on the Cuban-American classic born on the streets of Little Havana.
• Original Frita: Seared chuck patty layered with crispy potato sticks, raw white onion, and our spicy frita ketchup on a toasted brioche bun.
• Smash Frita: Double smashed patties with melty cheese, golden crust, and that same signature frita topping stack—loud, crispy, and unapologetically Miami.
Tender garlic mojo chicken baked over savory seasoned rice with sweet peppers and bright Florida citrus — a comforting Cuban-inspired family casserole.
